Can we embed booking on our existing website?
Yes. Drop in a one-line script and you get a styled booking flow inline, or link out to your hosted booking.yourpractice.com subdomain. Both update in real time.
Do clients need to download an app or create an account?
No app. Booking works in any mobile or desktop browser. Clients can optionally create a portal account for faster rebooking, but it's never required to book.
What happens if a client cancels or no-shows?
You set the policy per service. Reviva can charge a cancellation fee, release the slot to the waitlist, and send a rebook link — all automatically, based on your rules.
Is card data stored safely?
Cards are tokenized through a PCI-DSS Level 1 processor. Card numbers never touch your server or ours — you only see the last four and card brand. HIPAA and PCI compliant end-to-end.
Can we take deposits only for certain services?
Yes. Configure deposit rules per service — flat amount, percentage, or full prepay — and they only apply where you enable them. New-client rules are also supported.
