Your medical director reviews a set share of every provider’s charts. Not all of them. Not none of them.
Set one rate for the practice, a higher rate for new providers, and sign from a single daily queue. The signature stays on the chart.
One review rate for the practice. A higher one for new providers.
Turn on Require MD review, set a default review rate for every provider, and add overrides for anyone who needs more oversight, such as new hires.
The daily requirement rounds up. Anyone who completed a chart that day needs at least one review when their rate is above zero.
Every completed chart for one location and one day, in one list.
The MD Review tab on Charts filters to Needs Review, Signed, or All. Click a provider to see only their charts, or search by service, client, or provider.
Progress is counted per provider. Extra signatures for one provider don’t cover another provider’s gap.
Read the chart and sign it from the same screen.
A side drawer shows the finished service chart, who charted it, and the appointment time. Sign chart applies the medical director’s saved signature. The image is copied onto the chart, so a later change to their saved signature doesn’t rewrite old charts.
Only a medical director can sign. Admins can open the queue and the chart, read-only. The same sign action is on the chart itself.
Signed or awaiting, everywhere the chart appears.
The badge shows on the chart header, the charts list, and the client’s visit history. Filter the charts list to awaiting or signed, and Review on any row opens that day’s queue with the chart already open.
From review rate to signed record.
10% default, 100% for a new injector.

Full chart in the drawer, signed as the medical director.
“MD signed” on the chart and on the client’s history.
