Request Account Deletion
Because Reviva may store healthcare-related information, account deletion requests require identity verification and compliance checks.
To request deletion, email support@joinreviva.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Please include the email associated with your account (and your clinic/organization name, if applicable).
Important: Do not include medical information in your message.
